About Exhibition

The annual BIHE, Azerbaijan International Healthcare Exhibition, celebrates its 15 years anniversary this year. The exhibition will take place on 13-15 October in Heydar Aliyev Sport and Exhibition Complex. Over the years, the BIHE has rightly come to be considered the region's main medical exhibition. It not only reflects the latest achievements and main developments in Azerbaijan's healthcare system, but is also a unique industry barometer. More than 1000 companies from 25 countries have taken part in the exhibition in the past 15 years. Throughout this time, the exhibition has been supported by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and this year is no exception. For companies that participate in exhibitions, the results include the conclusion of new contracts, the establishment of joint ventures and the appearance of new products and modern technologies in the market. The aims of the annual exhibition are: to stimulate the development of the medical goods and services market; to inform business people and the public about achievements in the field of healthcare and pharmacology; to promote a healthy way of life and correct use of medicines; and to demonstrate the latest equipment, instruments and technologies for treatment and preventative care. At BIHE, manufactures have a unique opportunity to demonstrate their achievements to foreign colleagues, and for international giants in the medical industry it is a chance to find a promising new market.

This year, more than 90 companies from 18 countries are expected to participate at the exhibition. International companies will account for 50% of exhibitors. Iran will present a National Stand at the exhibition for the first time. The items in the exhibition will be located in the second pavilion and will include: pharmacology; medical equipment; medical electronics; equipment and furniture for pharmacies and medical establishments; diagnostics; hygiene products; cosmetology; and diet and food supplements. The largest section of the exhibition will be medical and laboratory equipment, which will present the latest models of medical equipment, such as reanimation units, operating tables, modern ultrasound diagnostic equipment, medical exercise equipment, laser equipment and photo epilation.

Stomatology Azerbaijan, the 4th Azerbaijan International Stomatology Exhibition; Beauty Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan International Beauty & Aesthetic Medicine Exhibition will take place on the same dates as BIHE. The joint hosting of these healthcare industry exhibitions will, undoubtedly, increase the prestige of the events, and provide a great opportunity to unite the interests of manufacturers and consumers.
